The month was dry and very warm, though the warmth was attained through a large number of pleasantly warm days rather than any protracted hot spell. There were 15 days above 20C, yet only one above 25C. From the 1st until the 12th it was reasonably warm but with some rain at times. From the 13th until the 17th it became drier and also warmer and sunnier. The highest temp of 25.5C was recorded on the 16th. From the18th until the 23rd it became more unsettled but still warm and with thunder on the 22nd. From the 24th until the 29th it remained warm but still with rain at times, the 30th was very cool however with the lowest max of 12.8C recorded, the lowest min of 6,5C having been recorded on the 29th.
